Dear all :
I got a question in my Exchange 2000 always has a low CPU usage eg 10% and the memory usage is high eg 85% by checking with the "TASKMGR". I found the store.exe process size is increased quickly after I reboot my server for 1/2 day. My server installed with 1G memory and works for 42 staff within my company. Please advise since I always need to reboot my machine if found memory nearly full.

Why are you rebooting? Exchange is designed to give the store.exe process as much memory as it can, our exchange server has 2Gb RAM and store.exe is usually using approx 1.8Gb without any problems.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

Dear NortonES2:
I rebooted my server since I afraid the server will hang-up if memory is used-up. The memory going up to 85% was happened in this 2 months and before that it was around 10-30%. In fact, on the top of POP3, we added Exchange Server under my 30 clients Outlook, since we need to share the exchange Calander and Task and Company E-mail address book with all users while only POP3 can't do that. I'm not sure whether I'm wrong to have the setting like this , please advise.
