Hello,
When a agent is logged it logs in all ACDs where it has access.
Why the agent is logged in all acds attached??
I want agent logs in ACDs independently.
For example:
AgentA has access to: ACD1, ACD2 and ACD3.
AgentA is:
- logged in ACD1 and ACD3
- logged off ACD2.

The problem is the agent configuration problem (...some like profile)?
If the problem is the agent configuration, how can i configure the agent to shirk this automatic and multi-loggin in the ACDs??

Thanks and regards.
Dani.

This just further confirms what you had eluded to in your other post. It sounds like your customer has EAS implimented. They can't just turn it off. If I were you, I would sit down with them and hash out these issues before doing any further work on your application because the ACD scenario you're describing cannot be done in their current enviornment. -CL
