Why same CGI program is working fine in some machine ??

Why same CGI program is working fine in some machine ? Recently, I had 3 PC and 1 notebook are running Personal Web Server, I did same procedure to install it, but 2 PC is working fine but 1 PC and notebook was hang once I click the button to execute the CGI program.

Please help me ! I would like to hear yours opinion...
