Why no color background in Explorer 4.0?

I'm new at this so bear with me. I have my web site about done and have viewed it in both Netscape and Explorer. Everything is fine in Netscape and in Dreamwerver 3 but no color backgrounds in any of my cells are showing up in Explorer. What is my problem here?

I belive the prob is in tables out the code up i tell u where ur problem is
