Why my query is not saving as filtered. 1

Hello:

I'm filtering my query by selection and then when I save it, it saves the original data w/query. I want to export it to excel with the selected data and not all of it.

Would you please help me?

After you click filter by selection why don't you just go to Tools, Office Links, Analyze with Excel. This will put just the filtered data right into excel where you can save as excel file.

Do you have any idea to more easily facilate a Data Import into Access from Excel, other than get external data/link tables.
