why is the library list disabled?

My library list is not enabled, so i can't modify it. How come? And how can i add another pbl?

If you are in version 8 or higher and using source control you need to check out the target.

I'm using PB 9.0 and not using source control.

I believe PB 9 will not allow you to change the Library list if you have any object open in a painter. Try closing all open objects before opening the Library List.
