why is DeCSS not working with my DVD-drive?

Hi!

I am using DeCSS version 1.2b for DVD-ripping.
Does someone know what the latest version is?

Actually my problem is that I can't use this DeCSS-tool with my AOpen-DVD-ROM (slot-in). I get error messages like:

Error getting disk key
Title might not be encrypted!
File transfer completed

But nothing is done at all!!

Can anybody help me?
