Why is cron job entry is running twice on AIX V5.3

I have a crontab entry that runs once a day. The problem is that it is running twice . It starts normally and sends the report to my email , then 10 minutes later, it runs again. I checked the crontab and the script is only listed once. What else can I look for ?
