I have been using incredimail for about 6 months because I like all the bells and whistles the program has to offer. However, all e-mail from AOL users are treated as attachments. When I click on the attachment, Outlook Express opens and most of the time I can't see the attachment. Why is this and what can I do, if anything, to read e-mail from AOL users using Incredimail. Currently, I forward the e-mail from AOL users to myself, open Eudora Pro 4.3, retrieve the forwards and I can now read the e-mail I have received from AOL users. Granted, I can get around this problem but there has to be a better way. Any and all suggestions will be most appreciated.

Sounds like you have the same (well, one of the) problem I have with IM. Have you tried going to the TOOLS/OPTIONS/ADVANCED menu and checking the "Associate '.eml' files with Incredimail" option? I've found that anytime an attachment auto opens Outlook that's what I have to do to get the same attachment to open in IM. For some strange reason that options keeps turning itself off. I've Beta tested a couple of versions of IM and sent them feedback about the problem but NEVER hear anything back from them.
BTW, if you haven't loaded the 7/1/03 update - DON'T. Every since I "updated" to Build ID: 2001184 Setup ID:2 I've had weird garbage at the beginning or end of everything sent and received. Again, despite repeated attempts to contact their support(?) people I've never heard back from them.
