I have a form based on a query. The Text Boxes are acting like they are locked, I cannot enter in them, I just get a system beep.

I've tried entering directly into the query results.

What does this mean? I'm thinking a bad relationship, but I cannot figure it out.

When you have a query that doesn't behave like you think it should and you want some assistance, you should post the SQL view to the forum and describe any primary/foreign key relationships.

Thanks both.

I followed pbaldy's link and did some looking. I did not have field indexed properly. I de-duped the field, set it to No Duplicates, and all is well with the world.

Well, all is well with the form. But it's a start!
