why can't i reset my .NET passport password ??

hey all Happy New Year !!

I was trying to reset my password, i put on my sign-in name and the CORRECT country and i got this result :

You will not be able to reset your password. You must sign in using the correct password to regain access to this .NET Passport. You can register for a new .NET Passport using a different e-mail address.

Which i couldn't understand !!!
However i am sure that it is the right country because when i use another one it telss me that it's wrong.

Have any of you expearenced such case ???

Sounds like the "How do I hack hotmail/MSN?" question to me, but if I'm wrong, and you simply can't access your own passport info, then I apologize.

Chances are, someone got your password, and has pretty much taken over your account. You might want to check into passport's site to see if there is a way of reporting such events. ________________________________________
