Is there a quick and simple, default way to see who is accessing my website via IIS, and what they are currently doing?

I set up a private (that is, not advertised) website with some files that are too large to send to my friends via e-mail. Now one of my friends tried to access the site and got a message stating "too many users are connected". So how can I see who's connected, what they are downloading from me, % of file completion, estimated time of completion, etc.

BTW, I'm very new to IIS, and a novice at website programming, so please be VERY simple and descriptive in your replies.

Thanks.

Hi There,

First I would say that I haven´t stumblet on that in ISS - however the "monitoring" feature that you are look for are avaible in most Firewall tool.
There it´s possible to monitorize/block every contact IP to the server port.

Best Regards
