Who should install NW Client?

We have a bit of a debate here - right now we (the backup group) installs/configures the NW software on the client, requiring the admin to give us access to thei machine(s)- some think that we should just provide the install software and instructions to the admins of the server in question and let them install it and let us know when they are ready. Just wondering what other shops out there do? THX

Let them do the job and save your time. There is nothing which they can break ;-)

Indeed, we have Networker on our ignite servers so anyony can install the client.
