Who can recommend a good hosting provider for a site? 1

I know these things are a dime a dozen, but the one I have used for the last year and recommended to my most recent client is suddenly SUCKING and embarassing me. My site has been great. My client's has been a constant headache and battle so I am looking for another host to put his site on.

What are some of your guys' favorite unbiased recommendations?

I've been happy with Icdsoft.com. They are inexpensive and very good with email technical support. They usually answer questions within 15 minutes. Their servers are in Hong Kong, but it doesn't seem to make any difference with the speed of their uploads.
