I am using XP Professional, Office XP And 2000 server. I am continuously getting run-time errors on all three workstations while using word. On the PC with Office XP standard I am sometimes getting white screens and I will have to close program via ctrl-alt-del. Any ideas? Thanks, Daren

White screens locks up pc/runtime errors

--Where is the location of normal.dot (open Word, Tools-Options, File locations tab)?
--Did this happen all of a sudden, on a new install on all PCs, or what?
--After you exit Word (regardless of method) and THEN hit Ctrl+Alt+Del, is winword.exe still in the list?
You can try the troubleshooting, but it sounds like something else:
