I reinstalled xp pro all was well turn pc on walk away come back and all systems are go then installed all the updates now it's know asking me to log on and when i shut down it has like a 98 shut down menu ??
any help plz would be appreciated

Control Panel-> Power Options-> and look for an option that turns on Advanced Power Management (APM)
