In "A" LAN have CLAN and MEDPRO I'm in a "B" LAN. Which port, and whic IP have to open on the router ( Between A and B) to using softphone in the "B" LAN.

Thanks

1719 UDP and 1720 TCP. This is for signaling to the IP address of you Clans. For audio do a 'disp ip-network-region x'. That will show you what ports you use for audio. Open this range of UDP ports to the address of your medpro's.

OK, I'm a beginner for ip :( Medpro for voice using not only one ports? I saw in the "disp ip region 1" , and there is min 2048 max 3028. That's mean user1 talk with softphone on port 2048 , and user2 talk on 2049 in one time. The limit ( not from the license) is 980 softphone or ip trunk user in one time?
How using this port? The 1st call using 2048, 2nd2049. If the first finished the call, the 3th will using 2048?

Thanks

Your PBX will select a port from the range as long is it is not currently used. I don't think there is any logic to how it selects as you stated, but I could be wrong. Regardless, One call will use 2 ports but not necessary in order. If disp ip-network-region 1 shows that you are using 2048-3028, then you must open all these ports. I suggest that you use ports that are not used by other applications. This also makes your QoS simpler becuase if your router see's any traffic on port X throught Y, it can tag it as VOIP. If other applications use that port they too will be tagged as a VOIP packet.

You can find what ports are used by certian applications here:

Ok, thank. a little light in my mind :)
I try to test the medpro with a port scenner software ( Advanced port tester free version). I tested the medpri IP and the port between 2048-3028, and i didn't find opened port. I tested it when i made a call on the ip trunk. How can I see which port is used under the calling?

I like to know which port using MEDPRO under a call. For this test I make a loop call.
Fom A (station 4109) with TAC (935)->B, and from B with TAC( 905)->A (station 4056). When I see the status 4109 there is a port off the IP trunk and not the port off the MEDPRO or CLAN card's IP's . :(
