i have an Intel Celeron processor with this specifications
Intel Celeron (SL5VP) 1000A/256/100/1.475

i have 10 pieces of these processors and i have tried different different type of motherboards but i don't get a display on my monitor. i have also tried different type of SDRam PC133 and PC100 also with no luck.

can anyone tell me which motherboard can support this processor and give me a website to it so i can learn more about it.

tkx.

In order to use any speed Celeron CPU's with 256k Cache/100Mhz Bus, the board must support "Tualatin" core CPU's (newer version of the Socket370 voltage spec)

ASUS boards that support this CPU are listed here:

There are many other good boards available from Gigabyte, MSI, Abit that will support that CPU. Just look for Tualatin compatibilty when looking at the specs.

I like the Asus TUSL2-C motherboard with the Intel 815e chipset series. I have a 1.2 Gig Celeron on it and it runs great. I think you can buy this board for about $115.00 or maybe a little less. I like this board because you can get it with the sound and networking or without it. Mine has neither. It comes with a 4X AGP slot and five other slots and an optional CNR slot, and 2.0 USB, ATA 100 EIDE. This board has only a limit of 512MB for RAM; however, it will use PC100 or PC133 SDRAM if you have some old RAM you don't want to pitch.

There may be some cheaper boards that go only to 1.0 Gig CPU. If you do not like my post feel free to point out your opinion or my errors.
