Which is better Performance - Make Table Query or Delete then Append

Hi,

Im just wondering which will offer better performance out of making a table each time I run a query, or deleting data from the existing table and appending it.

This might depend on quite a number of factors including indexes and relationships between tables. You might want to test this for your situation and then report back.
