Which Edition to get?

Typical Newbie question - I've been told to get Crystal Report Creation API. But that term is for the version 9 I believe. For v10, which version should I get (Developer or Advanced Dev. ) ? There's a huge price difference - I just need to play with it and learn for my personal biz, but don't want to be bothered by the 30-day eval cause I want to take my own pace.

If you want to create reports through an application, I believe you will need the Advanced edition.

Well, RDC is included in the Developer Edition. Does RDC include RCAPI?
RDC - report designer component
RCAPI - report creation API

Only Advanced comes with the Report Creation and Modification API.
