Which DB Process Is Taking CPU?

I have a database server whose CPU is constantly above 75% utilization and frequently pegs at 100%. How do you tell within SQL Server how much cpu is being utilized by each database process?
 
what version of SQL Server?

You ahve ruled out other things causing the CPU usage correct?
