which button to route to offsite number?

We are currently using the S8700 CM. What is the easiet way to forward calls to a offsite number? I know there is a feature access button that the user can press to forward the calls to a outside destination. This would help them for after hours when no one is there to answer calls.

Call Forward FAC should be on page one.
 
You could also set this up as a coverage path using "coverage remote". Basically you have 2 coverage paths. The second one would be used when SAC is activated or the last point of coverage depending on how you want it, then it would follow the remote coverage path.

looks like if you use the Call forward FAC or the Send All Calls FAC you could only use internal extensions. I need the call to go to a actual phone number. Correct me if i am wrong. Thanks for the quick response.
 
I think i got it. Anybody have a example vector program to send all calls to a actual phone number.

You can use phone number. Just make sure you dial the entire string. If you dial '9' to get outside line, include this in the forward number.
 
I am using this command and it automatically drops the call

01 route to number 7xxxxxxxxxx n unconditionally

would that be the only command i need to make this successfull.

the seven represents "outside line
