Running Windows XP sp2 at home.
I originally had only one profile.
I recently created 2 additional profiles for my wife and daughter so I now have 3 profile to choose from when windows boots up.
Now I am unable to get roxio CREATOR 7 to run.
There are now no shortcuts on the Start button or the desk top on all 3 profiles.
All the files are still there.
I tried running the exe file that starts the program and I receive error: Run Time Error!! This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
I think during the installation of the program (not certain it was for this program)I had the option to run on all profiles are only the one I was currently in, I chose the latter.
I figuerd I would uninstall, but the program does not appear on the add-remove programs on any of the 3 profiles and I can not find an unistall utillity from the roxio program.
Does my original (administrator?) profile still exsist?
Should I try to reinstall anyway?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Rich
