Where to lock all workstation after hours

Trying to see if there is a way to lock all telephones from making long distance calls during after hours and only can make local calls but leave like 2 or so telephone to be capable of still making outside long distance calls. Where abouts would I be able to make these changes and stuff. Any help is appreciate. Thanks.
 
Well your in for a lot of work. You will need an understanding of COR and Time of Day routing and FLR levels to do this. What has to happen, new CORs will need to be setup with different TOD (time of day). The TOD routes go to different route patterns with higher or lower FLRs to limit trunk access. ARE you ready?? I think it might be set up already. Is there any way to find it if it is or not. I was told that it was but not sure if it is set already.

Yes I am familiar with FRL and do have understanding of COR's.
 
Follow all of your CORs to the route tables, if you don't run into any kind of limits like TOD or FRL then its not setup. Based on a local number and you COR go to every screen to follow a call through the system. Then do the same with a long distance call. It helps to write it down on paper as you go. Look!!! New Buttons

If you have a real attendant console you can use the attendant console control of trunk group feature. The attendant presses a button on the console an all callers are stoped for calling external. It is baesd on the COR. Hope this helps

And there is alt-frl button for digital terminals and consoles and change alternate-frl form where you can customize frl-levels when the button pressed.
