Where to find recordings on Aspect Phone System

Hi All!

I have recently been charged with maintaining an archaic phone system here at my company and one of the managers needs to find a way to retrieve a call that was recorded by an agent by hitting their supervisor button. Any ideas where these recordings are placed and their naming conventions?

Login as the supervisor designated for that agent and you should see a mailbox recording.
