Where to define viewable drive letters?

I know that I have been there numerous times in the past but I cannot seem to locate it on my system either as device config or through control panel.

Can someone please enlighten me as to where and how one can get to this configuration screen? The one where you place check marks next to each drive letter that will be displayed?

I believe that's an option in TweakUI, from the Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP.
