Where is Windows Media Player Radio Stations? 1

I have Windows Media Player Release 9. This has a Radio Tuner where I added a list of "My Stations". I would upgrade to Release 11 but I don't see the Radio Tuner there. Is it still there and I am just missing it? If so, how do I find it to execute it and how do I then transfer "My Station" list to it?
