After installing the IP500 and application server ova we are finding that the VMPro client cannot log onto the applications server VMPro. All is running well etc but after two installs still cannot access it.
Error is you don't have correct permissions to access voicemail pro or something to that wording.
It is version 9.0.3

It seams that the Administrator account is ether closed not there or the default password is not Administrator.

Can anyone give me a direction to go, have tried a couple machines and also turned off firewalls etc.

[cheers]

Have you tried running the client as a Windows administrator?

Also, in R9 you no longer set up accounts under the client, but within the application server web management.
