Where is Powerplay Connect Utility?

In Series 7, it is installed as part of PP Client or Transformer and hence found by doing Launch Start --> Programs --> Cognos EP Series 7 --> Tools --> PowerPlay Connect.
If you're trying to connect to 3rd party cubes, there's a good step through on the cognos site - Doc ID 115801 or enter "seamless signon" as keywords.
