Where is my schedule task

I can't find my schedule task by double click on my computer on my NT 4.0? why? Please help

when I type "at" at the command prompt, it said the service is not started, what should I do?

Go to Services in control panel and start "Schedule" or from the command line type Net Start Schedule.

To view the "AT" commands from the command line type AT ?.
