I made a form which has two options. Click the first to print all records (printing a form). The second has an option to print just a certain page, based upon the users choice of record. I put this in the macro.. [Reports]![page1]![id]=[forms]![form1]![combo2] When I run it, it prints out the form, but the data isn't on it. How do I fix it????

this is not the correct code
Reports]![page1]![id]=[forms]![form1]![combo2]
I suspect your combo box has a key field which distinguishes on record from another.

Second if you create a query that has the same fields on your form.
Then put this in the correct fields criteria =[forms]![form1]![combo2]
Run you query and make sure it has the same record as is on the form.
Next you can create an instant report from the query by single clicking on the query and clicking the “Insert’ menu then click Autoreport.
Then put a button on your form that opens the report.
