Where can I obtain an IP address?

Talk to your ISP then, they can usually assign you one ( if you REALLY need it ).. <br>

Most browsers these days are http 1.1 compliant so you dont need a live IP address for a Web site anyway, so long as the Primary and Secondary DNS' are set correctly, people will find your site on your ISP without a live IP address. <br>
