If 2K/XP boot from the CD ROM.
You can grab boot disks for 9x and ME at Hewissa
MCSE, CCNA, CIW

If you have your Win2K CD, you can make boot disks off of it. Put it in any windows machine, go to command prompt and browse the CD to the "bootdisk" folder at it's root.
Run makeboot.exe It will step you throgh the process and require 4 floppys. Good luck, and Happy Computing
