Where can I get info on this type of program

I want to look into a software that will automaticlly pop up with all the customers info and stuff when the customer service person picks up the phone. Any idea who or how I can get more information on this kind of software. Thanks in advance...

Have a look at Avaya's CentreVU Computer Telephony, this stuff is usally know as CTI.

If you have the ability to use IP Softphones then you can purchase Centrevu IP Agent.

The only other way that I know of is through CTI Apps. But with this you will need to have a MAPD Card and the ASAI features turned on.
