Where can I find Genucode to update microcode

I'm relatively new to AIX/Unix ...

I am very puzzled as I read various documentation on IBM site along the lines of "You now need to use the instructions in the Genucode package to complete the microcode install."

My problem is that I cannot find any indication of where the Genucode is or how to download it e.g. in this IBM link
