Where can I define Local Node?

Hello,
You will need to open the Message Nodein Application Designer. The node you want is PSFT_HR for HRMS and PSFT_EP for Financials. Look at the properties of the object and mark the appropriate one (depending on your PeopleSoft installation) as local.
For exmaple, if you are working with HRMS, make PSFT_HR the local node.
