When sending webpage as attachment, IE asks if it should make Outlook

When sending a webpage from Internet Explorer, a dialog box opens asking if Outlook should be made the default program, is there a way around this?

Also, is there any way that webpages can be sent through as attachments without CC:Mail stripping all attachments from the email message?

try setting the default mail app in IE , tools, options, programs if ccmail appears in the mail program drop down list you are all set.

Will the IE url STILL be stripped from cc:Mail?
