When placing a call there is an extended ring

When callers are dialing INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL from the system, they are hearing an extended ring, almost sounds as if it is bouncing one time, like it is being forwarded, and this only happens on the first ring......any ideas what this may be?????

this can happen when a set has CLS FNA but nothing assigned at the FDN prompt

I have CLS FNA with FDN to the callpilot DN.

and how many rings must occur until it forwards to call pilot?
