When logged on to network unable to open Office Apps

When logged into the domain Im unable to open ms office applications. Im logged in as administrator. Word, access, excel dont appear in prorams list.

When try to open office files Im getting the message

This file does not have a program assciated with it for perfoming this action. Create an association in folder options control panel.
