multicast addresses range from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255
What you show there with the 232.116.137.1,237.113.28.1 addresses look like standard multicast addresses. The 224.0.0.10 is (if I am thinking correctly) the all EIGRP multicast address to send updates out to, if you are using EIGRP I don't think it would be wise to try to block that one.

224.0.0.10 is the multicast adderss EIGPR uses for the Hello packets it sends to other routers. I would also think if you have a default configuration these packets are sent every 5 seconds on a LAN and 60 seconds over WAN links.
Also remember that class D IP ranges start at 224 to 239.
An ARIN search on the other IP'S are as follows:

As for those IPs they are also listed as multicast addresses. See the link that follows
And as for you question of how to stop these... you do not want to stop, delay or hinder this multicast addresses...it would cause your routers to lose their neighbor relationships and you network would come to a halt.
