When I launch Citrix Server Administrator under Metaframe 1.8 and click on the a specific citrx Server to see who is logged, it it does not show me the clients connected.

All I get on the left hand side of the screen is a yellow question mark over the server. On the right hand side it says that "Citrix Server Administration is currently gathering information about this server".

I can however successfully log into the server by creating an ICA connection to the server.

I am successfully able to connect to the two other Citrix Servers and view who is logged in.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.

I had a similar situation a while ago. I've got 2 MF1.8 SP1 servers. Running Citrix Server Administration on one of the servers worked fine, the other server could see itself but not the other. Nobody else had problems connecting to either server.

The problem was eventually solved by rebooting both servers a number of times and letting one of them boot first - can't remember which, sorry. It seemed to just be a routing problem that went away, and was possibly caused by another computer somewhere becoming a master browser.
