When I click on memo field, "Internet Connection Wizzard" launches

Why when I click on one of the 2 memo fields in my database does the "Internet Connection Wizzard" launch?  Really annoying.  I assume it's the program trying to force me to register...but I don't want to.  Is there a way to stop this annoying, unsolicited event.  I paid good $ for the program, which makes it more annoying.

What is in the memo field?  Is it a hyperlink or the name of a HTM file or does it contain the @ symbol?  If it is, then you need to go to Menu/Tools/Preferences and there is a checkbox on the General tab which controls what Paradox does with links.  If it is because you haven't registered, why not go through the process of registering, opt to Print the registration form.  Pdx won't know what you do with it after that!

Yes, they will tell you they don't do that....but they're lying through their teeth.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you don't believe it...spell your name an unusual way...and let them tell you they don't sell their mailing list...or that they'll keep you off their list....then watch the junk mail come pouring in.<br><br>Maybe I did put an @ in the memo field.&nbsp;&nbsp;I'll go back and check that.&nbsp;&nbsp;thanks!
