When going to IIS in Win2k, I click

When going to IIS in Win2k, I click to display the configuration. I get this pop up;

Internet Information Services

A non-fatal configuration error occured. Not all available information may be displayed

Everything seems to be working fine, it started doing this after IISLockdown mis-installed and crapped out halfway through. I ran it again to undo and it did that successfully.

Any thoughts?
 
Your metabase file has been corrupted. You will need to restore this file from backup. The file contains all your website configuration data. I have had this file go a few times on my servers :(

The file can be found here:
WinNT\system32\inetsvr\metabase.bin

You will need to restore this file from backup.
