When did user logon?

I thought this would be a simple task: Find out what users haven't logged on in a long time.

I looked in System Manager under "Mailboxes" under the Mailbox Store, which tells me that NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM last logged onto almost all mailboxes last night around midnight. I guess this could be from a backup job (no individual mailbox backups done on this server, though) Virus Scan (Symantec SAVFMSE) or the Mailbox Management process which I just disabled.

Anybody have any hints as to where else I might look?
