Hi,

I've added a new user to our nice, with rights to be able to view/modify.create users and groups - hoorah that works fine...

however they are unable to modify existing groups or users....

any clues?

client version 8.9.1.1

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

There is a setting in Application (Tick Box) to view/modify all users,

This should do the job,
