When Accessing HELP, i'm propted to install HELP 1

I just installed Ver 8.5 DEV version.

When I try to access HELP, I am propted to run setup again. I rum setup again and still get this message.

Try the following articles on Crystal's website. This is a known issue to them. I followed the instructions, and it works fine for me now.
