I have one 9508 set out of 6 that doesn't work properly handling 2 calls - when 2nd call is answered first call drops, all the other phones work properly and I can toggle between calls each time it puts the present call on hold - except for one set - its driving me crazy, can't make it work

Try Features > Call Settings > Auto Display Waiting Call > Change > Save
