What's using my RAM?

I have 1024mb of RAM but apparently only 750mb of this is free, why is that?
 
The System Cache and Processes that you are running will be using your RAM, this is normal. It would be a strange machine that didn't use any RAM.

Task Manager will show you what is using RAM and the CPU.
