what's the most useful book to learn CSS?

I'm trying to seperate all the content from the presentation. Is CSS the best way? and if so, what's the best book to read?

You might also want to delve into XML / XSL, if you are really serious about separating content / layout...

As to books... Hmm, dunno, I learned what I know from online ressources...

Google almost always returns something from MSDN, which is a good place to look.

I'm a staunch believer in O'Reilly books. I have a great one called Dynamic HTML (ISBN:1565924940) This book has sections on HTML, DOM, CSS, and JavaScript and it's a great reerence. They also make a book that is CSS only, but the price difference was insignificant so I went with the more rounded book.

I like reference type books. Light on examples, heavy on definition. If you're looking for lots of examples O'Reilly might not be the way to go. Kevin

Thanks Kevin - but I really need something that will take me from zero to hero in no time at all. O'Reilly books tend to be useful only after you know the subject well, in my experience.

There's also a volume 2, which I don't have. Actually I don't have volume one anymore either because someone borrowed it and never gave it back!

But this is excellent for CSS and DHTML -- lots of sample code.
