What's changing my Server Information?

Occasionally, my Outlook Express 6.0 stops working - won't receive or send mail.
In OE when I go to Tools/Accounts/Properties/Servers, I find that the Incoming mail box has been changed from "pop.charter.net" to "localhost", and that the Account name has been changed from my accountname to accountname/pop.charter.net.
When I change these back and reboot, it works fine.
But what is changing these two values????

Using ME, OE 6.0, PC-cillin 2000, and Blackice.

PC-cillan is changing that with it's email scan settings. I have the same problem once in a while on one of my home computers and don't know of any cure other than resetting the mail settings then going back to pc-cillan and setting the mail scan properties again.
